Canon LiDEs can fuck off.

I just had to buy another scanner, after only scanning 10 pages with the one I just bought (which was to replace one which broke)

Basically, I don't have time to sit around for 20 minutes waiting for a page to scan. In addition the scanner sounds like it's about to choke and die. It's only fucking 600dpi!

(If anyone is curious, the model is a LiDE 25.)

(Before anyone gets tech-supporty... 1. Different USB ports. 2. New drivers. 3. Scanning outside of PS to make sure it's not the problem.)

It's not often I ask people on my lj friends list for anything... uh, I'm not sure I ever have. XD So here goes...

My plans... foiled by a BEE!* It's hard to concentrate on sewing when all you're hearing is "Bzzzzz... Bzzzzz... Bzzzzzt... Bzzt-t-t-t-t-t" as the bee smacks its face on the glass repeatedly. Of course, it can't aim for the bits of glass which are open! God, I hate insects. They're so stupid >_<;
